What we store

Your progress, settings and shells balance are stored on this device. If you sign in to Google Play Games, your progress is also saved to your Google account through Google Play Games Services so you can continue on another device; Google’s privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy) applies to that. We (the Hoooplanto developers) don’t run any server that collects your data.

Purchases

Shell bundles and the No Ads purchase are sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment and tells the app the purchase succeeded; we never see or store your payment details. Restore Purchases asks Google Play which items your Google account already owns.

Ads

Hoooplanto shows ads through Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads: optional video ads you can watch for rewards, and occasional ads between levels (removed by No Ads). To show and measure ads, Unity and the ad networks it works with may collect your device’s advertising ID, device and app information, IP address, approximate location, and how you interact with ads. Unity’s privacy policy is at unity.com/legal/privacy-policy. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your phone’s Settings › Google › Ads.

Notifications and support

Reminders, like the full-lives alert, are scheduled on your phone and don’t send data anywhere. A debug log is only shared if you choose Send Debug Log in Help & Support, and only through the app you pick.
